Transcribe This offers a building and construction survey typing service, headed up by Sophie Ball, our expert in surveyors’ transcription.

Sophie has over 15 years’ experience in the industry, 10 of those with a RICS chartered surveyors’ practice.

The use of specialist terminology and software such as iSurv and Quest, the production of RICS compliant, industry-specific report templates and use of ‘standard paragraphs’ sets this apart from a conventional transcription service.

Some examples of the services we can provide are:

• Survey typing – RICS HomeBuyer reports, buildings surveys and reports, technical reports, structural reports and so on.
• Survey admin – for instance new instruction set up, confirmation of instructions, comparables research.
• Virtual office – in addition to transcription and admin we can answer enquiries in your company name, manage your diary and more.
